Account Clerk II (Payroll)
STARTING DATE: TBD
SALARY: Appropriate step on the Non-Bargaining Unit salary schedule
REPORTS TO: Mary A. Workman, Treasurer
WORK WEEK/YEAR: 260 day contract, 8 hours a day.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: BCI and FBI criminal records results less than one-year old must be submitted prior to initial employment and as required thereafter.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge or experience processing payroll
- Experience with payroll software
- Knowledge of employment contracts, payroll tax reporting, benefit enrollment and reporting
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to maintain accurate and complete records
- Work well in collaboration with others
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and possess strong organizationals skills
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Treasurer.

WCSCC is a public high school that provides career-technical training and academic courses for high school students grades 11 and 12. In addition the Adult Education Center offers training and educational opportunities for adults.
